Both the Greene County and Greeneville City School Systems have hired the firm of Farrell and Fuller Law Group to represent them in the lawsuit against insulin manufacturers and pharmacy benefits managers for prices being charged for the drug.
The Greene County Board of Education approved the firm last Thursday, the Greeneville City Board of Education did likewise last night.
Local attorney Crystal Jessee, working through Farrell and Fuller, is representing Greeneville and Greene County and several other area school systems who have now joined in the suit.
