Greeneville City Planning Director Randy Davenport notified Municipal Planning Commission members Tuesday he will be retiring next year.
Davenport says the July 8th meeting will be his last with the board, as his retirement will be effective August 1st.
Davenport has served as Planning Director for nearly five years after 35 years with Vaughn and Melton.
