An 18 wheeler left the Baileyton Road near the old truck wash location about a quarter of a mile off I-81 this morning.
Traffic was snarled shortly before 7 am , and was rerouted through a parking lot.
A wreck report is not yet on file.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating.
