With Thanksgiving just ahead, local donations to the less fortunate are taking place around the area.
Food City and Hormel will announce the donation of 400 Spiral Sliced Half Hams to the Greeneville-Greene County Ministries Tuesday, totaling $11,000 to assist with their hunger relief efforts locally.
Saturday afternoon at our Radio Greeneville studios, Tommie’s Plumbing and Heating and Air gave out 200 frozen turkeys to those in need in just one hour.
