The Greeneville Greene Devils are headed to the quarterfinals of the TSSAA High School football playoffs after a record setting performance in a 48-10 win Friday at Burley Stadium.
In the win, despite 11 penalties for 115 yards, Greeneville set a single game school record for total offense with 621 yards.
Greeneville (9-2) visits Anderson County (10-1) Friday at 7:00 pm in the Class 4A State Quarterfinals. The Mavericks advanced with a 54-14 home win over Elizabethton.
