The first ever Roger Carter Memorial Award was presented posthumously to its’ namesake Thursday night.
What will now be an annual award at the Farm City Banquet was accepted by his wife Kim. Cory Malone, who served on the award committee, made the presentation.
Roger Carter passed away at the age of 51 in March of this year.
