A Kentucky woman was injured in a single-vehicle accident on Interstate 81 in Greene County around 10:45 this morning.
A Toyota RAV4 driven by 78-year-old Wilma Wright was traveling southbound on I-81 and exited the roadway at mile marker 23 on the left, striking a guard rail face. The vehicle then re-entered the southbound lanes, overturned, and came to a final rest on its top, facing north in the travel lane.
Wright was injured in the wreck, according to the report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
