The Criminal Investigations Division of the Johnson City Police Department is investigating the deaths of two young children.
Officers responded to a home in east Johnson city around 2:30 AM on Tuesday. They reportedly discovered a 1-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl unresponsive. the children were pronounced dead at the scene. Autopsies are being conducted.
According to a press release, a suspect has been identified and charges are pending.
No additional details have been released.
