A man was arrested late Tuesday night after reportedly trying to drive away after throwing an item through the window of a home.
Police went to the 1200 block of Price Lane just before midnight and were told that the suspect, identified as Ronald Bishop, had thrown a plate through the window of the home.
Bishop was stopped while trying to leave and had several plates on the passenger seat of his vehicle that matched the ones used in the vandalism. Bishop also performed poorly on sobriety tests.
Bishop was charged with DUI second offense, assault, vandalism and driving on a revoked license. Damage was estimated at $300 to the window.
