Greene County Mayor Kevin Morrison reminds citizens that as part of the rebuilding process, those affected by flooding will still need to apply for building permits.
It is anticipated that the Greene County Commission will pass a resolution at their meeting this coming Monday night that will waive the cost of building permits for those directly affected. However, the mayor notes that the permit and inspection process will still need to be followed during the rebuild.
