The Cross Anchor and Chuckey Utility Districts are advising that any citizen who receives water from a tanker into a container to boil that water as a precaution.
Also, The Town of Mosheim Water System and Glen Hills Utility District, along with Cross Anchor and Chuckey Utility, is advising that any utility customer that still has water running into their home is advised to boil that as a precaution.
This only applies to water received from tankers being poured into containers that citizens bring to the distribution site. Any water received at sites that is in sealed bottles is fine to use for drinking without boiling.
