Winds blew a large limb onto a mobile home this morning, destroying the front porch and trapping the occupant inside.
The Greeneville Fire Department and Greeneville Emergency & Rescue Squad were dispatched to Asisha Drive near Ravenwood Park off the Snapps Ferry Road just before 9:00 AM. The front porch had collapsed against the front door of the home after a large limb broke free from a nearby tree.
Firement with the Greeneville Fire Department responded and cut the limb away and removed it so the resident was able to exit the home.
There were not injuries.
