Greeneville Police responded to Woodlyn Street Wednesday after drunkenness was reported, and found a man passed out in the middle of the road.
A resident on the 100 block called the police after seeing the suspect, Tevas Cutshall, on her camera. The report states Cutshall appeared to be intoxicated. Officers arrived on the scene before 10 PM and found Cutshall in the middle of the road, where he was reportedly passed out and twitching.
The man woke up after a sternum rub was done. He allegedly had an odor of alcohol coming from his person. He admitted to drinking about four to five beers. Greeneville Police arrested him for his safety and the safety of the public. He was charged with public intoxication and issued a trespassing warning.
