The Greeneville City School Board of Education will meet this afternoon at 5 PM at the Kathryn W. Leonard Administrative Office, 129 West Depot Street.
On the agenda up for approval are several policy revisions on 1st and 2nd reading, field trip requests for the Cross Country Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TMSAA) State Championship October 4-5, the Volleyball TMSAA State Championship Oct. 9-11, Greeneville Middle School Festival of Music Trip in 2025, the Science enrichment and team building trip for Hal Henard September 19-20, and the Greeneville High Cross Country Trip Oct 4-5.
The board will discuss participating in the Public Entity Partners Grant Program and purchasing 14 box lights interactive panels.
Additionally, AP Scholars and their new student board representative will receive special recognition, and the school board will hear a report from Highland Elementary School.
