The Greeneville Police Department investigated two recent shoplifting incidents at Lowe’s on East Andrew Johnson Highway.
The first incident occurred Saturday evening. An employee reported a man in the store selected a little over $400 worth of merchandise and left without paying. Security camera footage showed the suspect and the vehicle he was driving. At the time of the report, the man had not yet been identified.
The second incident occurred Monday afternoon. A woman with nearly $570 worth of items reportedly attempted to leave the store without paying. An employee stopped the woman and recovered the items before she left the property. The identity of the suspect was unknown at the time of the report.
