A jar containing $500 in change was reported stolen from a residence in the 400 block of East Vann Road.
The victim reported on Monday the suspect apparently entered through the back door of the residence due to damage to the back glass screen door.
The jar of change was the only thing missing, according to the Greeneville Police Department report. The victim requested officers to do extra patrols around the residence.
