A man was arrested Tuesday evening after causing an estimated $15,000 damage to his apartment, according to the Greene County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies went to the residence on Kesterson Street around 8:00 Tuesday evening after a neighbor said that he saw Jason Lang throwing things out of his apartment while naked. Lang told deputies that he was moving out and that his boss was inside the apartment working on the water.
After officers determined that no one else was in the apartment, Lang reportedly failed to comply with instructions to stay outside and became belligerent. According to other witnesses, Lang and other residents were being evicted and he had been yelling and destroying the apartment.
Lang was charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct after his arrest. The owner of the property was advised of civil procedures, and stated that damage could be around $15,000 to the apartment.
