The Greeneville Police Department responded to a Mount Bethel Road home Monday on the report of a woman that was passed out in the driveway.
Volunteers with the Fire Department arrived on the scene first and were able to wake up the woman, identified as Kimberly Burgess of Greeneville. Officers were requested to the scene as Burgess was reportedly becoming aggressive toward EMT’s.
According to the report, medical treatment was offered but Burgess refused. She was arrested and charged with public intoxication due to possibly being a danger to herself and others.
