There will be some changes this week affecting the trash schedule, as Independence Day is this Thursday.
The Greene County Solid Waste Convenience Centers and office will be closed on July 4th. The Transfer Station on Old Stage Road will also be closed on Thursday. Normal scheduled hours at all locations resume Friday, July 5th, 2024.
Town of Greeneville Offices including Public Works and the Landfill will be closed on Thursday, July 4th. Trash collection for Thursday will be picked up on Wednesday, July 3rd.
Tusculum City Hall will be closed for Independence Day as well. All residential trash pickup will be on Wednesday, July 3rd. This includes normal Thursday pickup. All residents please have your totes at the street by 7:30 AM on Wednesday, July 3rd.
