A Chuckey man was arrested after he was found to have fentanyl in his possession during a traffic stop.
According to a press release issued today by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were patrolling Cassi Road on Tuesday in response to reports of drug violations. 44-year-old Bradrick L. Fellers was stopped for routine traffic violations and his license was discovered to be suspended.
Fellers had two syringes in his front pants pocket. A baggie containing one gram of a substance identified as fentanyl was found in his vehicle.
Fellers was transported to the Washington County Detention Center for possession of a schedule 2 drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with driving on a suspended license, failure to signal, and driving without a seatbelt.
