Two people were injured in a motorcycle accident Monday afternoon on Sinking Springs Road.
The wreck occurred around 4:30 PM near the Countryside Drive intersection. A Harley Davidson driven by 59-year-old Steven Dorton was traveling eastbound on Sinking Springs Road, lost control in a curve, and crashed into a ditch.
Dorton and a passenger on the motorcycle, 25-year-old Chelsey Rhea, were injured in the wreck. The report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol did not provide details on the extent of their injuries.
