The Third Annual (Cinco De) BRAGco Cycling Ride, celebrated in the spirit of Cinco De Mayo, will be held on Sunday, May 5th, 2024.
The Greene County Partnership and Discover Greeneville are encouraging participants to sign up early. Registration will continue to be open through the first week of May, until the morning of the ride on Sunday, May 5th, and can be completed here.
Registration is at 8 AM, cyclists roll out at 8:30 from the Greene County Partnership Parking Lot.
This event promises to be a thrilling experience for cycling enthusiasts of all levels, featuring scenic routes of either 23, 41, or 68 miles. After the ride, cyclists are encouraged to celebrate the holiday at the Greene County Parking lot on 115 Academy Street for margaritas, music, a taco truck, and other family festivities. There will be a kid’s bike rodeo course mapped out in our parking lot, so be sure to bring the kids along to join in on the fun!

Diverse Cycling Routes: Participants can choose from a variety of routes (23, 41, or 68 miles) tailored to different skill levels, ranging from beginner-friendly to more advanced options. Riders will have the opportunity to explore scenic backroads, challenging climbs, and thrilling descents.
Breathtaking Scenery: The BRAGco Cycling Ride showcases the panoramic beauty of historic downtown Greeneville, the blue Appalachian Mountains, the wide Nolichucky River, and the surrounding century farmland.
Supportive Environment: The BRAGco is dedicated to ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants. Rest stops will be available along the routes, providing cyclists with refreshments and essential supplies. Friendly volunteers and expert staff will also be on hand to offer assistance throughout the ride via follow-vehicles and water/snack stations.
