A Bulls Gap man was arrested for his Violation of Probation warrant after attempting to avoid from the Greene County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to the 4200 block of Marvin Road on Friday due to a tip from a Bonding Agency stating the suspect, 25 year-old Johnny Estepp, was at the residence. Deputies knocked on the door and could hear movement inside the home. The front door was reportedly cracked open by someone inside and they identified the person as Estepp. He was asked to step outside but allegedly slammed the door closed.
A deputy had to hold the door open with his hip and shoulder area while pressure was still being applied by Estepp. Estepp eventually jumped from behind the door and put his hands up in the air, yelling “OK, OK.” He was removed from the residence and arrested.
