Greeneville Mayor Cal Doty and Greene County Mayor Kevin Morrison have requested that Greeneville and Greene County businesses and residents fly their flags at half-mast Friday, April 12 until sundown Saturday, April 13 to honor the life and legacy of Greeneville Energy Authority President and CEO Chuck Bowlin.
Bowlin passed away suddenly last week in St. Croix in the Virgin Islands. His body was returned to Greeneville this afternoon with a procession from Nashville.
A celebration of Chuck’s life will be held Saturday, April 13 at 3:00 PM at First Baptist Church. A reception for family and friends will follow the service at the church.
