A woman was arrested this weekend on Clear Creek Road in Chuckey for criminal violation of probation, criminal impersonation, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
During a traffic stop where a vehicle was allegedly parked due to running out of gas, a deputy made contact with the driver and passenger. Trista J. West of Greeneville reportedly gave the wrong social security number when questioned by the deputy. She allegedly lied twice before giving the correct social. She was later confirmed to have a warrant for VOP.
According to the report, a K-9 on the scene gave an alert for narcotics on the vehicle’s driver door, where West was sitting. During a search, four metal pipes, aluminum foil, and two containers with crystal like residue were found. West confirmed the items belonged to her. She was arrested and taken to the Greene County Jail.
