A man who reportedly overdosed at a home on the 10,000 block of Lonesome Pine Trail was later arrested for an active warrant relating to child support.
According to the Greene County Sheriff’s Office report, a deputy responded to the home around midnight on Monday on the report of a possible overdose. Prior to the deputy’s arrival, Narcan was given to the man, Jonah L. Sayler of Bulls Gap, and he reportedly became conscious. No further treatment was provided due to the suspect refusing and stating he felt fine.
Sayler was later found by the deputy at Loves Truck Stop and refused EMS again. He was reportedly detained due to having an active warrant for child support. He was arrested and taken to the Greene County Detention Center.
