A Blue Springs Parkway man reported money stolen on two recent occasions from his residence while he was sleeping.
The victim told the Greene County Sheriff’s Department someone came into his house on March 18 while he was sleeping and stole $1,200 cash out of his wallet. The same thing then happened again Friday while the man was asleep. In the second incident, the suspect stole the victim’s jeans, which contained his wallet that had $1,060 cash, his driver’s license, social security card, and his debit card inside.
The victim said the doors were locked when he went to sleep, but were unlocked when he woke up. No suspects were known at the time of the report.
