A Cake Walk and Bake Sale will be held tomorrow March 23rd from 5-7 PM at the Baileyton Antique Mall on 50 Bailey Street.
The Cake Walk and Bake Sale, which will benefit Paddle Creek Pet Ranch and Rescue, initially began because of a dog that was injured, according to Jenny Melton. But the rescue was also hit with a tornado like windstorm on January 12 and caused extensive damage; quick repairs were done according to the Owner Natasha Gray. More repairs are needed and should start in April. The proceeds from the event will be a major help to the ranch and rescue.
Maybe you’ll be in the area or maybe your pet needs a day out for fun in the sun, although the weather does call for a cloudy day on Saturday. That’s okay, our pets won’t mind! Regardless consider stopping in and supporting the Paddle Creek Pet Ranch and Rescue. Bring your pet for a photo, one digital image for your $5 donation.
Donations of any gently used items would be appreciated and can be dropped off between the hours of 2-6 PM at the ranch Monday through Friday or Saturday and Sunday from 9-11 AM and 2-6 PM. Call 423-525-1220 for more information.
