A Greeneville woman was arrested for DUI and drug possession on Saturday.
At around noon yesterday, police responded to a report of driving under the influence at the OK Tobacco Outlet on East Andrew Johnson Highway.
Officers made contact with the suspect, Bobbie Fillers, who was reportedly sitting in a car in the parking lot. When making contact with fillers, she allegedly had slurred speech, was slow to open her eyes, and was belligerent.
Fillers performed poorly on all field sobriety tests. A search of the vehicle revealed a box containing Gabapentin inside Filler’s purse, six more Gabapentin, and two Buprenorphine Hydrochlorides in the rest of the vehicle. Fillers was charged with two counts of a legend drug and possession of a scheduled 3 drug and DUI.
