The Greene County Partnership’s Tourism Department and the Capitol Theatre are thrilled to announce a live, acoustic performance by country music artist Jesslee. She is set to take the stage on Thursday, March 21, 2024. The event will take place at Capitol Theatre, located at 104 South Main Street, Greeneville, TN 37743, at 8:00 PM.
Jesslee skyrocketed to national recognition after turning both Blake Shelton’s, and Kelly Clarkson’s chairs on NBC’s The Voice Season 14. Since her appearance on the national television show, Jesslee has shared the stage along side notable artists including Jason Aldean, Thomas Rhett, Dierks Bentley, Cole Swindell, Cam, Kane Brown, LOCASH, RaeLynn, and countless others.
Jesslee moved to Nashville and her career fast tracked to signing a record deal with ONErpm Music Label/Verge Records in March of 2023. Jesslee’s label head, Tim Wipperman, said in Music Row Magazine when announcing her signing,”Jesslee is a phenomenal singer. her powerful vocals are unparalleled, coupled with the fact that she is one of the best writers in town.” Jesslee has already been touted as the “Changing of the guard” ushering in a new era of powerful female vocalists.
