Heavy rain may occur Friday night into Saturday, especially over the southern portions of East Tennessee. With soils saturated from recent rainfall, isolated flooding is possible in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Gusty winds continue across the higher elevations of the mountains Saturday night through Monday morning on the back side of a cold front. On Sunday morning there is a chance of flurries. Breezy winds are also expected on Sunday afternoon across all valley locations, with gusts from 20 to 30 mph.
