A Greeneville man was arrested yesterday night during a warrant arrest on the 200 block of Hogan Avenue and reportedly was found in a closet after hiding in the home.
Officers responded to the residence at around 11 PM and knocked on the door to look for the suspect James Hale. There was no answer but Hale was seen running inside the home after the Greeneville Police Department announced their presence.
Officers had to enter and search the home to look for Hale, who reportedly refused to come out for officers. According to the report, he was found inside a closet and was detained. He was arrested for his violation of probation warrant and charged with resisting arrest.
