A man was arrested Monday afternoon after a Day Care on the Fairgrounds Circle reported a man passed out on the hood of a vehicle.
According to the report, the Day Care was in session at the time when the man was found passed out in the parking lot. The man was later located on the 2200 block of the East Andrew Johnson Highway and was identified as Donald Hill, who had an active warrant for violation of probation.
He reportedly was unsteady on his feet, had slurred speech and a strong odor of Marijuana coming from his person. Officers located marijuana pipes and a grinder in his backpack. He was arrested with Public Intoxication, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, and for trespassing on school premises.
