A Virginia man was taken to an Emergency Room after sustaining minor injuries during a vehicle accident on Saturday morning.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol report, a truck-tractor driven by 56 year-old Steven Marrs was traveling South in the left lane of Interstate 81, near mile marker 47. The truck then ran off the right side of the road and reportedly crashed into a wooded area before coming to a rest.
The truck driver sustained minor injuries to his hand and was taken to the Emergency Room for treatment. No further information or charges are listed for the accident.
