Are you spending Christmas alone this year and struggle around the holidays? The 5th Annual Christmas Dinner at Towering Oaks Baptist Church will be held on December 25th and the church asks you to join them this year.
The event is from noon until 4 PM and is located on 1985 Buckingham Road. The food is free to all. The goal is to have about 200 dinners this year. Be sure to RSVP by December 20th by calling 278-6847 or emailing [email protected] (write Christmas Dinner in subject line).
Consider attending and being a guest this Christmas. The menu consists of ham, turkey, chili, corn, peas, mashed potatoes, salad, desserts and more. If you are interested in helping cook or donating to the event, call Sandy Miller at 278-6847.
