Police discovered drug violations at an address on Kiser Boulevard during a warrant arrest Friday afternoon.
Officers found the suspect, Robert Rowe, on the porch of the residence around 2:15 Friday and placed him under arrest for a Failure to Appear Warrant.
Rowe reportedly requested the officers to give his keys to someone, and the officer pulled the keys out of Rowe’s front pocket, noticing a small container. Inside the container was a baggie containing a brownish powder substance. Also found was a strip of suboxone and Rowe could not produce a prescription for the medicine.
Warrants for Possession of Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 Drugs will also be taken out on Rowe, according to the report.
