A vehicle was stolen Thursday night from a store on 860 West Andrew Johnson Highway.
The Midway man said he picked up two people and they drove to a store. The man went inside to get a pack of cigarettes but when he returned back outside his vehicle was gone.
According to the report, the store clerk witnessed a bald man jump out the back seat of the vehicle to the drivers seat and said he fled with the car. The vehicle is a 2003 silver Ford Focus with a hatchback type style.
It has a temporary tag displayed in the back window: Q89XYP8. The alleged suspect was named in the report.
