A man reported firearms stolen from a North Hill Street house to police Saturday afternoon.
The man gave officers the name of a possible suspect, when he reported four firearms that were missing from his home. The victim believes the lock had been picked on the kitchen door for the theif to possibly have gained access.
Reported missing was a Taurus pistol, 2 Kel-Tec pistols, and a Beretta Bobcat, value totaling over $1800.
The investigation is continuing.
