Breaking and entering was reported on Vann Road Friday.
Police spoke with the victim at the 300 block of East Vann Road Friday afternoon. The victim stated that several tools were missing from a rental house located there. The house has been empty for about three weeks, while the owner was working on it.
The estimated value of the missing items, which included curtains, a toolbox, and an air compressor, is $570.
The investigation is continuing.
