A man is facing charges after allegedly screaming around his home and threating his neighbors.
Around 3 AM Thursday, Kelly Reaves of Woodland Circle reportedly left his residence and began screaming and threatening neighbors along the road. Reaves had already been advised by the Greene County Sheriff’s Department to stop his behavior twice earlier that night.
According to the report, Reaves negligently discharged a firearm during the third incident in a heavily populated area while extremely intoxicated. During the investigation, Reaves stated multiple times he did not own a handgun. However, one was clearly visible through the front door of the residence laying on a couch.
Reaves was charged with reckless endangerment involving the use of a deadly weapon, disorderly conduct, and filing a false report.
