Two shoplifting incidents at Lowe’s on East Andrew Johnson Highway are under investigation.
The recent incidents were discovered on security videos and reported to the Greeneville Police Department on Monday.
The first incident occurred on October 18. A man was seen on video concealing several items under two coats. A second suspect was seen making a hand motion for the first suspect to walk out the door. The security alarm was activated and the suspects left without paying. The total amount of merchandise stolen was around $275. The two suspects were identified in the report.
The second incident occurred on November 7. The suspect in that incident was seen on video putting items totaling $2,200 into a shopping cart and passing the point of sale without paying. A possible identity on the suspect was listed in the police report.
