Greenevile Police responded to the 400 block of Elk Street in search of Cody Kyne of McCoy Road, for Failure to Appear and Violation of Probation in Greene County.
An officer knocked on the door and reportedly could see Kyne through the window. Eventually, the door was answered by a female and Kyne was placed under arrest.
Also found at the address was Amberly Gibson of Roller Street, who had a Violation of Probation warrant out of Gate City, Virginia. The warrant was confirmed fully extraditable and Gibson was placed into custody. Both individuals were transported to the Greene County Jail without incident. Gibson is also being charged as a Fugitive of Justice.
