A Greeneville woman was arrested for public intoxication at Food City on Friday.
At around 4 p.m. yesterday, Greeneville police responded to a report of possible drunkenness at the Food City on East Andrew Johnson Highway.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with Tonya Shell, who had open sores on her face and pinpoint eyes, according to the report.
Shell was placed under arrest for intoxication and transported to the Greene County Detention Center without further incident.
