Two men were banned from Lowes in Greeneville Sunday after several items were reportedly stolen totaling over $650.
Officers responded to 2375 East Andrew Johnson Highway after noon on the report of shoplifting. The Lost Prevention Officer at Lowes stated suspects Danny Cope and Terry Cope were caught passing the point of sale with unpaid products.
Items stolen included household goods like electrical tape, gas shutoff valves, a cooler, various miscellaneous items, clothing, and power hand tools. According to the Greeneville Police Department report, both were banned from all Lowes Stores. The complainant was advised of private prosecution procedures.
