A structure fire was reported Friday around 3 AM on Colyer Road with damages totaling more than $33,000.
According to the report, the complainant stated he woke up and noticed his camper, chicken coop, and outbuilding were engulfed in fire. All were determined a total loss for more than $28,000. The siding to a mobile home was also burned; damage was estimated at $6,000.
All occupants were reportedly out the house when the Greene County Sheriff’s Department arrived. No injuries were reported. Camp Creek, Sunnyside, and Tusculum Volunteer Fire Department responded to the scene as well as Chaplin Danny Ricker.
