Two people have filed petitions for the County Primary/Town of Greeneville City School Board Primary Election set for March 5th, 2024.
According to the Greene County Election Commission, Chuck Jeffers filed a nominating petition on October 31st for the Republican Primary in the office of Assessor of Property.
Tom Cobble also filed a petition on November 1st for the Republican Primary for District 2 School Board Member.
The qualifying deadline for all candidates including independent candidates for office, which will appear on the March 5, 2024 primary ballot, will be Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 12 PM. Updates will be provided as nominating petitions are filed with the Greene County Election Commission office.
