A man from Cookeville, TN was arrested in Greeneville Saturday evening after reportedly walking around naked on Old Forge Campground Road.
The Greene County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene around 7:30 PM after the complainant made a call regarding a naked man at the campground. Witnesses stated the man was rubbing himself while juveniles were present.
Deputies made contact with the suspect Timothy D. Stricklen, who was sitting in a jeep with his underwear, a shirt, and one shoe on. The suspect claimed to have been walking around the campground with only his shirt off.
The report states Stricklen was not making any sense and told deputies about being raped by the “BTK Killer.” He was charged with Indecent Exposure.
