Sean Williams remains on the loose following his escape Wednesday from a transport van bringing him to a Federal Court hearing in Greeneville.
The reward was increased to $7,500 Friday for information leading to the arrest of the fugitive. Williams was being transported from the Laurel County, Kentucky Jail to the federal courthouse in Greeneville when he escaped around 7:30 AM Wednesday.
Williams faces numerous charges, including two counts of rape of a child, sixteen counts of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, three counts of aggravated sexual battery of a child under 13, and distribution of meth.
The U.S Marshals Service is offering up to $5,000 and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is offering up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest of Williams. Tips can be called in to 1-800-TBI-FIND or emailed to [email protected].
