The Mosheim Volunteer Fire Department was kept busy this weekend, responding to several fires, including to two structure fires on Sunday.
On Saturday, the department was dispatched to the report of a garage fire on Mohawk Creek Road. on Sunday, firefighters were dispatched just before 5:30 AM to the 1300 block of Brown Springs Road to the report of a camper and house on fire. Just before 1 PM, the department was dispatched to another fire. A camper was reported on fire in the 1200 block of Fish Hatchery Road.
