A reward of up to $7,500 is now being offered for information leading to the arrest of fugitive Sean Williams, who escaped in Greene County Wednesday morning.
Williams was being transported from the Laurel County, Kentucky Jail to the federal courthouse in Greeneville when he escaped around 7:30 AM Wednesday.
Williams is a former Johnson City businessman facing numerous charges, including two counts of rape of a child, sixteen counts of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, three counts of aggravated sexual battery of a child under 13, and distribution of meth.
The U.S Marshals Service is offering up to $5,000 and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is offering up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest of Williams. Tips can be called in to 1-800-TBI-FIND or emailed to [email protected].
